Day 3 of the do-over.

Its amazing how easy it was to fall back into clean eating after how bad my eating habits became this summer. :)

Breakfast:
  • Oatmeal with 1 tbsp flax seed, 1 tbsp wheat germ, and 1 spoonful blueberry jam
  • Egg whites with spinach
Mid-morning:
  • Pear
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder
Lunch:
  • 4 oz ground turkey with pineapple cooked in
  • 1/2 sweet potato
  • carrots
Mid-afternoon:
  • celery
  • 3 oz tuna
Dinner:
  • 4 oz chicken breast
  • steamed zucchini (with garlic and onion)
  • 1/2 sweet potato
I absolutely LOVE the smell of fresh chopped garlic and onions. :) Yum!
