Breakfast:
- Oatmeal with 1 tbsp flax seed, 1 tbsp wheat germ, and 1 spoonful blueberry jam
- Egg whites with spinach
- Pear
- 1 scoop whey protein powder
- 4 oz ground turkey with pineapple cooked in
- 1/2 sweet potato
- carrots
- celery
- 3 oz tuna
- 4 oz chicken breast
- steamed zucchini (with garlic and onion)
- 1/2 sweet potato

Girl. I wish I had the will power to do something like this!
