- I'm Lisa, and I'm an Alabama Southern Belle who somehow wound up in Salt Lake City for two years and now Houston. I have a masters in trombone performance and now I teach band. I'm honest and hard working, and have been known to be a little loud. I absolutely go after what I believe in and refuse to give up. I try to live a healthy life style and eat clean as much as possible. Sometimes on this blog I'll post recipes, life experiences, stories, opinions, or whatever random thing I feel like posting.
